Luke Foster is a full time property developer and Managing Director of his property development company, the Luke Foster Group. At the age of 19, Luke established the firm in 1998 and is now one of the most experienced and respected property developers in Adelaide.

For over 22 years, Luke has focussed primarily on residential property development including land divisions, apartment buildings, low to medium density group dwellings as well as high end, purpose built custom developments of single, double or triple site projects.

In 2018, Luke activated his 5 year plan of diversification. He expanded the Group’s property development portfolio by acquiring multiple ‘mixed use’ sites that once developed, would fill an overwhelming gap in the Adelaide property landscape.

His entry into the commercial space has evolved with a very definitive strategy underpinned by an inviolable focus on meeting a particular segment of our local commercial office/consulting/medical scene.

The carefully considered recruitment of key personnel has complimented an unwavering commitment to this forward plan. In turn, this has provided the level of comfort we need to assure this expansion is controlled, so as to maintain the level of service and delivery of the built form standards we promise.

The group consistently has 60+ residential properties in construction, management and/or pre construction, now with a combined (resi/commercial) value exceeding $80 million as at June 2020.

Luke also develops projects with qualified investors and he engages in development consultancy/private advisory.
